Audio

 

I discovered my passion for sound early on in my writing degree, after which I slowly peppered in audio courses to accommodate my new interest. I studied media production, focusing on sound, extensively throughout my degree and eventually developed a fictional podcast, 'Line of Descent', for my Honours thesis.

I co-hosted, wrote for, and edited a podcast called 'The Sky Machine' for the two years that it ran for and am currently developing two more; 'Witchtower' and 'Ode of the Night Bard'. I am currently studying Screen and Media, specialising in podcasting, at TAFE.

​

I've mixed and operated audio for theatre for the last three years, and am currently developing the audio for (as well as performing in) 'Mother of the Maid' at Newcastle Theatre Company.

​

I am the primary voice-over artist for the Youtube channel 'SciPunkFeed' and have played character roles in many of my own sound projects. I am keen to step further into the world of voice acting, but in the meantime, I audition for any roles that cross my path and get plenty of practice reading lines for Let's Plays on my Youtube Channel.

Writing

I currently write articles for Good Games Australia, focusing on board games and table-top role-playing games. I have played table-top games for many years and love being able to write so extensively on a topic I love. 

​

I completed my Honours Writing Degree at the University of Newcastle in 2022, focusing on a range of creative mediums. I've found myself particularly interested in short stories and poetry, with a strong passion for formless poems, sonnets, and poetic prose. I have extensive experience in worldbuilding and fantasy writing and have developed worlds and scripts for various personal podcasts. Recently, I've been exploring short form horror and poetry as spiritual explortion.

Art

I have been cosplaying for nearly seven years and have almost 20 costumes under my belt. My cosplays tend to focus on creative redesign, outfit coordination, and makeup, and cover a range of my original characters as well as those from cartoons and video games.

​

Digital Art is a relatively new hobby for me but I have come to love it dearly over the past year. I specialise in character art and interiors and my pieces often feature my own original characters, or those of my friends. I have recently been experimenting with comic work and have found it to be an exciting combination of my interests. I also currently take commissions, information on which can be found here.

I also dabble in a number of other creative hobbies, including textile work (focusing on ribbons), miniature painting, model making, prop making, furniture restoration, and pencil drawing.
